3 Minute Baked Apples

Made with 3 ingredients your gut absolutely loves: apples, dates and walnuts. So you help nurture your healthy gut bacteria whilst enjoying a glorious, comforting pudding!

 1 eating apple
 4 walnut halves
 1 Medjool dates
 big pinch of cinnamon
 1 tsp honey
 Oatly cream to serve

Core the apple and place it in a small heatproof bowl

Chop the dates into small pieces and break the walnuts into small pieces. Mix in a small bowl with the cinnamon and honey

Spoon the mixture into the apple

Put 1 tbsp of water into the container and cook for 2 1/2 -3 minutes until soft

Pour over Oatly cream and enjoy!
