Chocolate Hearts

A treat for you or someone special (and you!). I've used a heart-shaped silicon ice cube tray to make these, but the pink from the freeze-dried raspberries mean they'd look pretty any shape

Ingredients

 100 g dark chocolate
 2 tsp freeze dried raspberries
 pinch of salt

Directions

Break chocolate into squares a put into a small heat proof bowl

Melt in the microwave using 30 second bursts, stir in between

When smooth add salt and mix

Pour into small silicon moulds or mini cupcake cases

Sprinkle over freeze-dried raspberries

Put in the fridge or freezer to set
