Make a fab centrepiece for a Christmas buffet and let your childrens' (or you!) be creative.
Use your favourite fruit to make the tree and serve with a bowl of melted dark chocolate to dip if you like!

Cut the base off the pineapple so it sits firmly on a serving plate
Then cut the skin and top off the pineapple. Cut more skin from the top so it's shaped roughly like a tree, wider at the bottom and a bit narrower at the top
Cut a slice of melon and use a star cutter to cut out a star
Fix this to the top of yor tree with a cocktail stick
Now cover the tree with kale using a cocktail stick to secure each piece
Decorate your tree with fruit, again using cocktail sticks to secure each piece
