These clever crackers are made from just seeds and water!
Flaxseed and sunflower seeds are brilliant for our skin, helping it to be smooth, thick and moisturised. Brilliant dipped into hummus along with veggies for a delicious and filling snack which is packed with protein, fibre, iron and zinc.

Ingredients
Directions
Heat oven to 170C.
Place all the seeds and the salt in a bowl, pour in water and mix to combine.
Leave for 15 minutes for the chia and flax seeds to soften and bind everything together.
Tip out on to a baking paper-lined oven tray and spread out as thinly as possible (around 5mm if you can) and sprinkle with some sea salt.
Bake for 30 minutes.
Remove from the oven and cut into crackers, then return to the oven to cook for another 30-40 minutes until crisp and golden (they'll need longer if thicker)
Allow to cool then keep in an airtight container.
