Mocha Gut Boost

Alter the balance of your gut microbiome quickly and deliciously! Kefir is an effective way to add healthy bacteria to your gut. Our mocha thick shake will give your gut a boost and give you an immediate energy boost with it's coffee, maca and cocoa powder.

 1 frozen banana
 1 tsp coffee
 1 tsp cocoa powder
 1 tsp maca
 1 tsp vanilla extract
 150 ml soya milk (or use milk of your choice)
 50 ml mocha kefir (or use natural kefir)

Put the coffee, cocoa, maca and vanilla in a mug and cover with a 1cm of boiling water. Stir to dissolve

Put the frozen banana into a food processor. Pour the soya milk and hot mocha liquid over the top then add the kefir

Blitz for 30 second until you have a smooth, thick, creamy shake

Pour into your favourite glass (add extra ice if you like)

Sip your shake and enjoy a little lift!
