Pumpkin Feast

Much more than a pretty, (or scary!) face! The flesh and seeds of a pumpkin are definately worth hanging onto with potential benefits from improving the texture and appearance of our skin to reducing insulin resistance and supporting the immune system. I've used a Kabocha squash, (otherwise know as a Japanese or Kent pumpkin apparently) but any variety will work well and give similar health benefits.
