Rosemary, Mint & lemon Infused Water

Drinking plenty of water can help reduce blood sugar spikes and dips. These glucose dips can increase hunger and lead to an increased energy intake of 300 kcals a day.
Being well hydrated can help control blood sugar levels therefore helping controlling hunger too. It's beneficial for improving sleep, energy and immune function too! Having infused water chilled in the fridge could encourage you to drink more. This is a lovely summer flavour combination.
