Spicy Carrot & Parsnip Fries

Up the colour, flavour and antioxidant potential of your fries by using different coloured vegetables. By swapping potatoes for carrots and parsnips you'll be providing a different array of protective antioxidants which have anti-diabetic, anti-cancer and anti-inflammatory benefits.
I've served my fries with a plant-based smokey garlic mayo from 'Holy Moly' which is absolutely delicious.
