In our ultimate burger we've swapped a beef patty for a beetroot burger. It's still hearty, with bags of flavour. This swap also means you swap 6g of saturated fat for zero saturated fat and bags of fibre! Plus you're giving your body the antioxidant alpha-lipoic acid which is helpful in reducing blood glucose levels and increasing insulin sensitivity, nitrates which reduce blood pressure and help exercise performance and betalain which is hugely anti-inflammatory!
