Whipped feta makes the perfect tortilla filling; salty, easy to spread; satisfying and you add versatile. We've used chopped red peppers or sliced apple, walnuts & spinach for high protein tortilla wraps for long lasting energy.

Mix the cream cheese & feta in a food processor and blitz for 2-3 minutes until smooth and creamy
Spread on 4 tortilla wraps then add chosen filling
Roll each tortilla tightly. If you're making as normal wraps enjoy.
Cut off the very ends of each tortilla so you have a nice flat edge then cut into 4 equal sized bits
Arrange into a Christmas tree shape and use a slice of cheese/mango or butternut squash as a star
