Payment and your membership to the Club
On completion of your order, you will receive an email confirmation of your purchase. Please check your spam folder if you do not receive this email and, of course, contact us if you need any further help firstname.lastname@example.org.
We do not store any credit card details. All payments are managed by a third party payment gateway, Stripe (www.stripe.com). A single payment will be taken from your card. No further payments will be taken and card details will not be stored.
All payment amounts are represented in GBP. Stripe does not provide converting transactions prices, for example, if you are in the USA it will not show the equivalent in USD. We have listed an approximate conversion into GBP on the respective pages. Please be aware these “approximate” are subject to change as is the foreign exchange stock market at any given time. Therefore, we are not liable for any discrepancies in charges for international currencies. Our equivalent currency prices are changed periodically but are not automatic updates that foreign the foreign exchange market prices. All transactions processed on www.relishwellbeing.com will be charged to the customer in the equivalent amount in their host countries currency per the GBP price. All currency conversions and their calculations through payment are made via Stripe.
By purchasing from Relish Wellbeing Ltd. you are accepting these terms and conditions and you warrant that you are at least 18 years old.
If you want to cancel your membership
The Happy Eating Club is made for you. The Happy Eating Club offers either a monthly (£12/mo) or yearly (£96/y) renewable rolling subscription during which you will receive the information, advice, and benefits outlined above.
Payment will be collected from the card provided at the start of the subscription and then on the anniversary (monthly or yearly) of the payment date.
You can cancel your subscription at any time by sending an email with your name and email address to email@example.com. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of your current subscription period.
The information we collect when you use the website
When you browse this website (“Site”), information about your visit is automatically stored in our web server logs. The server logs stores the details of the pages and content you request when you click on the links in our website. For example, it will store your IP address and the date and time of page requests.
We may also store information about you using cookies (see below).
Your information will not be sold to anyone and you can remove yourself from marketing messages by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email sent to you by Relish Wellbeing Ltd.

We obtain information about you when you use our website, for example, when you contact us about products and services or if you register to receive our weekly newsletters.

If you purchase a product from us, your card information is not held by us, it is collected by our third party payment processors, who specialise in the secure online capture and processing of credit/debit card transactions, as explained below.

- to carry out our obligations arising from any contracts entered into by you and us;
- dealing with entries into a competition;

Rectification of personal data
You have the right to request access to and rectification or erasure of your personal data processed by Relish Wellbeing Limited. If a request for rectification concerns data that is necessary for Relish Wellbeing Limited to offer our services, such requests will have the effect that your account will be terminated at the Happy Eating Club.
If you wish to exercise this right, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. An application shall be made in writing and must be signed by you. Alternatively, you can also rectify your personal data by deleting your account.
You have a choice about whether or not you wish to receive information from us. If you do not want to receive direct marketing communications from us about our exciting products and services then you can select your choices by ticking the relevant boxes situated on the form on which we collect your information.
We will not contact you for marketing purposes by email, phone or text message unless you have given your prior consent. You can change your marketing preferences at any time by contacting us by email email@example.com

Security precautions in place to protect the loss, misuse or alteration of your information
When you give us personal information, we take steps to ensure that it’s treated securely. Any sensitive information (such as credit or debit card details) is encrypted and protected with the following software 128 Bit encryption on SSL. When you are on a secure page, a lock icon will appear in the address bar or at the bottom of web browsers.
Non-sensitive details (your email address etc.) are transmitted normally over the Internet, and this can never be guaranteed to be 100% secure. As a result, while we strive to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee the security of any information you transmit to us, and you do so at your own risk. Once we receive your information, we make our best effort to ensure its security on our systems. Where we have given (or where you have chosen) a password which enables you to access certain parts of our websites, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask you not to share your password with anyone.

You use the Happy Eating Club service at your own risk. The service is provided “AS IS,” without any warranties, and Relish Wellbeing Limited does not warrant that the Service and availability thereof will be uninterrupted or error-free. Relish Wellbeing Limited does not assume any responsibility for errors or omissions in the information or software or other documents, including User Material, which is referenced by or linked to. References or links to third parties’ websites are provided “AS IS,” without warranty of any kind, either express or implied.
In no event shall Relish Wellbeing Limited be liable for any indirect or consequential damages, except in cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence. To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, Relish Wellbeing Limited’s aggregated liability for any direct damages shall be limited to the lesser of: (i) membership fees paid by the user; (ii) membership fees paid by the user during the previous calendar year.
